How long does exterior paint last in the Houston area?
It depends on prep, product, surface and sun exposure. Sun-facing sides and trim usually show wear first. Good prep and quality materials make the biggest difference.
Do I need to be home while you paint?
Usually not, as long as we have access to the exterior and water. We'll talk through access and scheduling before we start.
Can you help with HOA color requirements?
Yes, we can work within your HOA's approved palette. HOA approval is the homeowner's responsibility, so please confirm requirements before scheduling.
What about weather delays?
Paint needs dry conditions to cure properly. If rain is in the forecast, we'll adjust the schedule rather than rush the work.
Do you paint fences?
Yes. We paint and stain wood fences as well as other exterior wood surfaces.
