Yes. Estimates are always free, with no obligation.
What areas do you serve?
Tomball, Spring, Magnolia, Cypress, The Woodlands, Conroe and North Houston, TX. If you're nearby and not sure, just ask.
How soon can my project be scheduled?
It depends on the project and the season. We'll give you a realistic timeline with your quote and aim for a fast turnaround.
Is the owner involved in my project?
Yes. Six Oak Exteriors is owner operated, and the owner is directly involved in projects.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, check and card. Pay-over-time options may be available through third-party providers for eligible customers. See our payment options page.
Do you do residential work?
Yes — homeowners are the core of our business.
Do you handle storm-related exterior work?
Yes. For storm-related gutter or exterior issues, call 936-701-1041.
Can I send photos of my project?
Yes. Text photos to 936-701-1041 or attach them to the estimate form. Photos help us prepare, but a final estimate is based on seeing the property.
How do I know what size gutters I need?
It depends on roof size, pitch, water volume, existing drainage and home design. Many homes do fine with 5-inch gutters; some benefit from 6-inch. We'll recommend what fits.
Will a French drain fix my drainage problem?
Sometimes. The right solution depends on where water comes from and where it can go. We'll explain the options for your property.
Should my concrete be repaired or replaced?
Isolated damage can sometimes be repaired. Widespread cracking, settling or surfaces that hold water are usually better replaced.
How long does exterior paint last here?
It varies with prep, materials and sun exposure. Careful preparation and quality materials make the biggest difference in Houston's climate.
Can you work within HOA guidelines?
Yes, we can plan HOA-conscious exterior improvements. HOA approval isn't guaranteed, so please verify your HOA's requirements before work begins.
